On the data page of the Edit definitions dialog box you specify the data parameters of the support file; one line for each object data parameter.
The following table describes available parameter options:
Option |
Description |
Name |
The name of the parameter. Used to identify the parameter in the Open Component dialog box. 12 character names are supported from ATPDraw v. 5. |
Default |
Initial value of parameter. |
Units |
The unit of the data parameter displayed in the Open Component dialog (12 characters). The protected strings XOPT and COPT are replaced by mH/Ohm and mF/mS dependent on the users choice in ATP|Settings/Simulation. The protected string SOURCE is replace by Volt or Ampere dependent on the user's choice of source type. The protected units ZA and ZB are used in constant, distributed parameters transmission lines. |
Min |
Minimum value allowed. Put min=max to allow any value. |
Max |
Maximum value allowed. |
Param |
=1: A variable text string can be assigned to the data value. The flag is ignored if the Internal Parser is used. The values are assigned under ATP|Settings/Variables. |
Digits |
Maximum number of digits allowed in the ATP file. When high precision is checked, $Vintage, 1 is enabled and Digits is split in two values for high and low precision. The Digits parameter is used only for MODELS and user specified components in $INCLUDE statement. |
